Dutch student have invent dehydrated alcohol, what next dehydrated water.
At only 3 percent alcohol when mixed there not exactly strong, but then can;t you just reduce the amount of water or better still not use any water at all.

Authorities are worried that due to loops holes in the law they might actually be sold to kids.
Nutritionist are worried about all the additives in the powder.

I’m kinda intrigued to see what they are actually like, but although they are available to buy across the internet, I’ve not yet been able to find them to buy.
