    Suspect until proven guilty

Is the British government trying to start a database of DNA on the British people?
But if your not guild you don’t have to worry right? What happened to innocent until proven guilty, it seems to be the case that nobody is considered innocent they’re guilty of something, its just a matter of time till we catch them.
I don’t know exactly where i stand politically, but to me a person who has never committed a crime should never be treated as a suspect without evidence.
It seems to be the current attitude of most governments at the moment to repress the citizens buy information. Okay I’m all for catching criminals, but what is a crime. Is it a crime to disagree with the government?
I wish this wasn’t the way things where going, but i don’t see a way to stop it, the government says they need it to catch terrorists and paedophiles, so naturally anyone who wants to stop them is one of the two.
