How do you know if you’re being packet shaped?

I’ve looked everywhere and cannot seem to find the answer.

I think, I am. To tell the truth, I sort of might deserve it, i mean since I went unlimited on my broadband connection I’ve gone from the well under the maximum of 8GB per month to probably 8Gb per day.

So i’m working from home now, so there’s that, and before I could download my podcasts at work so there’s that, but its amazing how fast you can rack up the Gbs,

Okay so I’m using bit torrent as well but I’ve got that throttled back now and everything seems to be running more smooth on the bandwidth I have. that is till i start Itunes, there doesn’t seem to be a way to throttle this and it loves to do everything fast.

So I’m getting about 400Kbs at the minute download, which is about what I’m getting as upload, I’m sure there used to be a ten fold difference between the two before.

Hmm something is rotten in the state of Denmark, I think I’ll have to look into this and be more restrained with usage, I mean not everything needs to down load now.

I think I’ll check my machine for malware too, I’ve noticed my network icon is saying there’s almost constant network traffic, all i have open is this one page, and no torrents or anything.

Time to shut-down for the night anyway, I’ll check the speed in the morning.

Update: My Broadband hub claims to be getting 7,616 Kbps, something is fishy.
